柱层析羧甲基纤维素，简称CM—C，是阳离子交换材料应用最广泛的亲水性分离材料之一，是含有一个羧甲基官能团的弱酸性阳离子交换纤维素，羧甲基纤维素含有极性基团，—O—CHCOOH,离解后能与蛋白质的氨基进行交换。不溶于乙醇、不溶于水、酸和稀碱。主要用于分离提纯蛋白、核酸、多糖、酶、组织细胞、色素提纯等。本公司生产的产品具有稳定性高、大分子吸附容量大、作用速度快、易洗脱、分离能力强等特点。

CM-C, short for Carboxymethyl Cellulose Sodium for Column Chromatography, is the most widely used hydrophilic cation exchange separation material, is weakly acidic cation exchange fiber containing a carboxymethyl functional groups. CMC containing polar groups, - O - CHCOOH, can  amino exchange with protein after dissociation. It is insoluble in ethanol, ethyl ether, acetone, insoluble in water, acid and dilute alkali. It is mainly used in the separation and purification of protein, nucleic acid, polysaccharide, ezemy, tissue cell and pigment. It has high stability, large macromolecular adsorption capacity, fast, easy elution and separation ability, etc.
