Formulation: 250 µg/mL in TBS, 50% glycerol, 0.01% NaN3.
Storage & Stability: Store product at –20 ℃. Three years from date of shipping.
Immunogen: Mouse P33 ING1 N-terminal peptide -KLH conjugates.
Purification: The antibody was affinity purified with the P33 ING c-terminal peptide on agarose.
Specificity: The antibody recognizes P33 ING1 of human and mouse. There is not cross-reaction with other ING family.
Application(s): ELISA (0.5 µg/mL), WB (1 µg/mL), IF(1:50) .
Scientific Description: P33(ING1) is a new growth inhibitor candidate for a tumor suppressor gene. P33(ING1) cooperates with P53 and down-regulates cell growth by activating transcription from the P21/WAF1 promoter although there is no sequence similarity between P33(ING1) and P53.
